This study aimed at recognizing the participation degree of educational supervisors in Ammar governorate to make the educational decision concerning their carrying out of their technical and management tasks. The study sample consisted of (150) male and female supervisors in Amman governorate which formed (75%) of the study population. The researchers designed a questionaire which consisted of (66) items. The results were as follows: - The participation degree of the educational supervisors in Amman governorate in decision making in the total sum was generally low. - There is no statistical differences between the averages for the participation degree of the educational supervisors in Amman governorate in educational decision making in accordance with the sex variable. However there are statistical differences: choosing the appropriate solution for the problem. - There is no statistical differences between the averages for the participation degree of the educational supervisors in educational decision making in accordance with the academic qualification, However, there are statistical significant differences in the field of finding alternatives to solve the problem in favour of Bachelor and High diploma graduates. - There are statistical differences between the averages for the participation degree of the educational supervisors in accordance with the experience variable. However, there are no statistical differences in: choosing the appropriate problem solution and decision making . In light of the study results, the researchers recommend: - holding training courses for the educational supervisors in decision making concerning its concepts and operations.
